Davies Street is a combined retail and commercial development of circa 28,860 sq.ft situated in a prime location in the heart of Mayfair. It is a new build ‘BREEAM excellent’ designed property with a contemporary main reception entered via bespoke entrance doors behind sculptured portcullis gates offering enhanced security.
Acting on behalf of Grosvenor, Murray Birrell’s role was to undertake a Tenant fit-out monitoring role for each lettable floor.
This involved close liaison with Grosvenor’s lettings specialists and their retained solicitors as well as each tenant, their respective professional teams and fit-out contractors. The primary aim was to ensure each Tenant`s proposals did not have any impact on the Landlord’s own retained structure and services installations. This was also achieved through the careful management of each technical review by the original ‘base build’ architects, structural, services and acoustic engineers.
Although each Tenant had their own set of proposals, each was delivered whilst still achieving the primary aim of not impacting on the building as a whole.
