A Very Warm Welcome Back

We were delighted when Building Surveyor Amanda Taber agreed to rejoin us in a senior position as an Associate Director. This was after spending an initial 15 years with us, and then two and a half years at a multi-disciplined construction consultancy.

Amanda previously joined Murray Birrell in 2004, but unfortunately departed in 2019, and we are absolutely delighted she decided to come back to the company.

With over 30 years' experience in the property industry, Amanda will be acting in a senior capacity as Associate Director. She will be focused on the delivery of our 'Licence to Alter' and other associated Landlord and Tenant services, working alongside Director David Betteridge.

Amanda’s experience over the past 20 years has been mainly working in Central London dealing with matters relating to Licences to Alter, both for large Landlords including major Landed Estates, and also for applicants.

Amanda's philosophy is to work to ensure that the best interests of the building, the tenant and landlord are always fully considered and taken into account.

Amanda says: "I am excited about being back with Murray Birrell and working again with former colleagues, and some new ones, on exciting projects. It feels like I haven't been away."
