A detailed feasibility informed a conversion specification to a Category A office standard, with the creation of an attractive two-bedroom flat and a separate overnight additional bedroom with ensuite for occasional use.  Murray Birrell negotiated competitive costs with a preferred contractor who had undertaken extensive Category A and B works at the Hall within the last four years.  A challenging programme reflecting the operations of the Company themselves, and their tenant immediately below the work areas, was commenced and the project was delivered within budget and ahead of programme.
