STUART BIRRELL FRICS
Stuart Birrell has worked in private practice throughout his career, working on major projects including alterations and major repairs and schemes for improvement, as well as in the role of project manager and Employer’s Agent for both the private and public sectors. In recent years he has specialised in party wall and neighbourly matters and as Expert Witness in both contract and neighbourly disputes. Further to qualifying in 1981, Stuart became a Fellow in 1995 and has been in private practice for over 40 years.
Stuart is Chairman of the London Branch and National Council member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club, a Learned Society to promote Education and Excellence in Party Wall practice.
KEITH MURRAY FRICS, MIWFM
Keith Murray started his career with a major London Estate, working on building refurbishment and improvement projects. Qualified in 1981, Keith became a Fellow in 1995 and has been in private practice for over 35 years.
He has supervised building projects for a number of major organisations and specialises in landlord and tenant work, dilapidations, tenant fit-outs, monitoring of building works and party wall matters.
DAVID BETTERIDGE MRICS, ACABE
David Betteridge started his career with a large national construction company, working on a number of large commercial and retail developments in London and the Home Counties. Qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1989, he has also attained professional status with the Chartered Association of Building Engineers.
David is a very experienced Building Surveyor with in excess of 35 years in the property industry predominantly in the commercial, data centre/ mission critical and private/public residential sectors.
PETER WADE Dip Bld Surv FRICS,
CERTIFIED HISTORIC BUILDING PROFESSIONAL
Peter began his career working for an Inner London Borough in 1976. Since 1983 he has been in private practice working on major projects in both the residential and commercial sectors. He has considerable experience in contract administration, the role of Employer’s Agent and as Project Manager.
Over the last 20 years he has specialised in conservation and historic buildings and was one of the first surveyors to become accredited by the RICS. Peter is also a Consultant to the Almshouse Association and in his conservation role has worked on a large range of buildings including educational, residential and commercial properties. Peter is also experienced in professional work including major surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters and neighbourly disputes. Further to qualifying in 1982, Peter was elected a Fellow in 1995.
MARK STOTT MRICS
Mark Stott has worked in private practice throughout his career and is widely experienced in the commercial sector. Qualified in 1990, Mark has over 25 years’ experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor. Mark brings his extensive skills to both large and small scale commercial fit out projects acting for a wide range of clients.
