We are often instructed to assist our clients obtaining access agreements to adjoining land, where access rights are not afforded by the Party Wall etc. Act, and consent needs to be obtained from the neighbours.

Our Party Wall service supports Building Owners and Adjoining Owners through the requirements of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, ensuring projects progress smoothly.
Our experience in dealing with matters pursuant to the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 ensures that, while we fully understand the legal requirements of the statutory appointment, we are able to give advice and carefully assess schemes to review the necessity for serving Notices under the Act and reducing the impact on neighbours.
PPM
