Jolly Good Fellows!

Directors Keith Murray and Stuart Birrell and Associate Director Peter Wade have celebrated 25 years as Fellows of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors this year. Keith reached his milestone on 25th January and Stuart and Peter on 15th March 2020.

RICS President Timothy Neal FRICS has acknowledged their achievements with congratulatory letters to mark the occasion.

Timothy Neal said: “The award of Fellowship recognises the highest levels of achievement in the disciplines that constitute our profession, marking those who bear its designation as leaders in the built and natural environment. Your commitment and professionalism throughout your long service has supported RICS’ mission to deliver confidence in the public interest. Your example demonstrates the lasting positive impact that professionals can make through their work, and you should be proud of the unique contribution that you have made to building resilient successful communities in the areas where you operate.”

Stuart specialises in party wall and neighbourly matters and is currently Chairman of the London Branch and National Council member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club, a Learned Society to promote Education and Excellence in Party Wall practice.

Keith supervises building projects for a number of major organisations and specialises in landlord and tenant work, dilapidations, tenant fit-outs and monitoring of building works.

Peter specialises in conservation and historic buildings and was one of the first surveyors in the UK to become accredited by the RICS in Conservation.
