SPECIFICATION OF WORKS IN A PRIME RESIDENTIAL LOCATION
Murray Birrell was appointed by Cadogan to carry out an inspection and produce a specification of works on two terraces of houses in a prime residential location.
The properties had been largely rebuilt as a result of war damage but still retain the character of nearby original properties. Works included new flat roof coverings, complete external redecorations, joinery repairs and the provision of sympathetic door ironmongery. We fulfilled the role of Project Manager, and work was completed on time and budget.
Christchurch Street is a charming residential street located in the affluent neighbourhood of Chelsea in London SW3. It runs between Walton Street to the north and Sydney Street to the south.
next projectIt is lined with rows of beautiful Georgian and Victorian houses, many of which have been converted into luxury flats and apartments. The street is named after the nearby Christ Church, which is a Grade II listed building constructed in the 1830s. It is a prominent landmark located at the junction of Christchurch Street and Flood Street.
The street has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, making it a popular choice among families and professionals seeking a comfortable and convenient place to live. There is a wide range of shops, restaurants, and bars, making it a popular destination for both locals and visitors alike. Many visitors spill over from the close proximity to some of London's most popular attractions, including the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Natural History Museum, and Hyde Park.
